Hey Stinger and Eaglewoman, do you guys got any good plans for Spring Break? Are you going up to that California Condor release next Saturday? Thanks for joining up by the way, it's really cool of you to help get this thing going.

Chromius and I will be at Raymond Ranch. As far as Ashurst is concerned, there was 1 fish caught. I caught about a 8" Rainbow, unbelievably on a huge Pike spoon!
Crow, are you going to Raymond Ranch on Friday as well as Saturday? If so, what time on Friday? Maybe we can make over there as well.

Hey Stinger, I still do not know if I am going out to tell you the truth. I know a lot of people are going to do it for sure though. But if I did go out I would love to do it on Friday, but we'll see. Dave Belitsky would love to have you all out on Friday though, and you could grab the big camp sites for all us too! It'll be fun man. If I come out I am going to bring my harmonica too. So Eaglewoman, if your coming out I hope you bring your Banjo! Ain't nothing sweeter than a banjo, camp fire and good friends.

Sorry Crow, I've got a class Saturday (Cons Bio Lab), so I can't make it. Sounds like fun though.

The trip to Raymond Ranch was great. Good friends, good music, good food, good work.....it definetly helped to revitalize me and get me through the rest of this semester. We saw the bison out there, and tried to feed them some alfalfa but they were pretty mellow and just hung out about 30 yards away. And Dave Belitsky was great! He has some great ideas for that place, and it is wonderful knowing there are good people out there like him. That night we had a roaring Juiper fire, some fajitas, moonshine, Dean brought his guitar and serenaded us and the stars, and Jason, Anna, Mark, Don, Koren, another Anna, Emily, Cinder (our dog) and I just traded stories, sung with Dean and enjoyed the night.
This was one of the best times I have ever had with the club.
How did the Conservation Bio trip go? Was it to Anderson Mesa or Fossil Creek?

I will have to agree with you about Raymond Ranch, Crow. That was a great time and I cannot wait until we all can do it again!! For those that did not make it out, I do not think they can quite understand what all they missed. The Bison were amazing and Dave had had so much information and stories about them. The work was semi-hard labor but it was still fun and nice to know that it was all for the good of the area!!
See everyone tonight I hope!!

It is going great! I totally needed that weekend! Chromius and I bailed out about 10:30 or so, not sure what time everyone else left though. They still had the fire going good and were sitting around talking, we left because we were not sure if were going to go fish or not, decided not to.

Thats cool man. I think Emily (Sparrowhawk on the forum) left about 11:00. I had to get up early, the horizon had just began to turn to dawn when I rolled out of there. The trip I went on that day to that Nevada Nuclear Repository was pretty interesting. Nuclear Waste is quite the scary thing.

Hey hey hey! How goes it Crow and Stinger? I must agree with your thoughts on the Raymond Ranch trip! I had a great time and I am proud to say that I am part of TWS and that I was able to help out with the pond. To think that we were all part of something that will, hopefully, be around longer than we will is absolutely amazing. The food was great, thanks to Chef Mark and the awesome food donations. Sitting around the camp fire listening was the best. Dean and Crow made sitting around a camp fire everything it should be; great music and great people. Thank you to Dean and his guitar, as well as Crow and his harmonica. Sitting around the camp fire and enjoying the company of EVERYONE was the second best part of the entire trip. Sorry gang, but being that close to a heard of buffalo was the best. I don't know about you all, but I would give up everything I have to be a ranch hand at a place like Raymond Ranch. I wouldn't have to think twice about it! Nothing compares to the simple life. I wish I had the night vision on the way in on Friday night. I am almost positive that Stinger and I had seen a bobcat on the way in. Unfortunately, the flashlight was not quite bright enough to get a good look. Thank you very much to everyone (Chris, Jason, Emily, Anna, Anna, Dean, Mark, Koren, and Dave) for one of the best times I've every had. I hope that I can make the Hay Lake outing. Hey Stinger and Crow, I am attending an orientation for volunteers at the Abode Mountion Wildlife facility on Sunday as a result of that trip. Waaaaa Hoooooeeyy! ;D

All right! Its good to know that those animals will be in good hands! Nice job, man. Chromiusdomius, I checked out your personal page there, it is really nice! You and Stinger are pretty talented webmasters if you ask me, it must run in your family. Those were great pictures of the cats you worked with, but my favorite part was, by far, the poem. You have a great way with words. Have you put that to music yet? Because it would make an excellent song.
Allright man, we have the makings of a band here....You and FredBear can be singer/songwriters, Eaglewoman on Banjo, FredBear also on guitar, I'll play a little harmonica and what not, Stinger on drums, Sparrowhawk on washboard (and she is a great ol' dancer too)......this could work out. Now all we needs a good band name.......
